Why bury the lead ... this place is awesome!
Got to our AirBnB mid afternoon and the place was clearly about to close for the afternoon. We were starving, and they took us in. Food was fabulous... especially the mussels appetizer! So good we came back ... twice! Food was excellent each time. Quick. Good recommendation on wine ... did not up-sell. And yes, we did the mussels again.
Oh, and before I forget, they totally handled my wife's gluten-free
needs with no problems!
Really, this place is awesome. Family team handling the restaurant, and couldn't have been happier. Search it out, and go. You won't be disappointed. -

Menu did not specify that the salmon was raw. I couldn't eat it due to being pregnant. When I quickly had to order another dish the waiter/owner that was serving us did not bother to asking what was wrong with the dish. No concern at all. I ended up ordering veal which was deep fried. It tasted like a huge overly -cooked chicken nugget. Would not recommend.

This place is a must try. The service was very good and the food was awesome. Very friendly and helpful with the menu. We're here for five days. Went here on our first night in town. No customers where there but we still gave it a try. Other customers came in once they saw we were there. We plan to go again before heading back home in a few days. Closed on Mondays. Neat time I'll take pictures of the food to post.

Amazing service and equally amazing food. I suggest trying The bacala fritta as it is so delicious. Note that there are two sections of this restaurant - inside (off the street) and out near the water. Parking is anywhere around you on the street - no need to pay.
